The venue was comfy, I truly enjoyed the location next to Tasmania, gardens and will need to drive into Ulverstone to eat, and garden views. The staff was amiable and excellent, the breakfast offered was gorgeous with a huge variety of food. The hotel's location was particularly good to the Forth Blues festival.

    The setting was terrible.

This accommodation is conveniently located close to the highway, providing easy access to local tourist attractions. the rooms are comfortable, with high-quality linen and towels ensuring a good night's sleep. the host, Mike, is friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, and the breakfast is delicious with a range of options to choose from.

The noise from passing trucks on the nearby freeway can be disruptive during the night, affecting the quality of sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The hospitality of our host was exceptional, and we felt right at home. The breakfast served in the classic dining room, in front of the cozy fire, was absolutely delicious. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was also convenient, being close to the main highway and everything we wanted to see.

With its close proximity to the freeway, there were occasional noises from passing trucks in the middle of the night. However, despite this, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Conveniently located along the highway, making it easy for us to travel around. The breakfast served by the hotel was excellent. The staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Despite being near the highway, the rooms were soundproofed, making it a quiet and peaceful stay.

    Nothing, all great.

Enjoyed our Christmas stay, as the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great for exploring the area and relaxing. The cooked breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. A bonus was the historical charm of the building, which added to the overall experience.

The lack of attention to detail in some areas. The garden could use some maintenance, and the wifi was spotty.

The building itself had character and charm. the rooms were cozy and the beds comfortable. the breakfast was decent and filling. the location was convenient for my business needs and there was ample parking available.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. the bathroom was in poor condition and needed some immediate fixes.
