The venue was comfy, I truly enjoyed the location next to Tasmania, gardens and will need to drive into Ulverstone to eat, and garden views. The staff was amiable and excellent, the breakfast offered was gorgeous with a huge variety of food. The hotel's location was particularly good to the Forth Blues festival.
The setting was terrible.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The hospitality of our host was exceptional, and we felt right at home. The breakfast served in the classic dining room, in front of the cozy fire, was absolutely delicious. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was also convenient, being close to the main highway and everything we wanted to see.
With its close proximity to the freeway, there were occasional noises from passing trucks in the middle of the night. However, despite this, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our Christmas stay, as the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great for exploring the area and relaxing. The cooked breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. A bonus was the historical charm of the building, which added to the overall experience.
The lack of attention to detail in some areas. The garden could use some maintenance, and the wifi was spotty.

The building itself had character and charm. the rooms were cozy and the beds comfortable. the breakfast was decent and filling. the location was convenient for my business needs and there was ample parking available.
The overall cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. the bathroom was in poor condition and needed some immediate fixes.
